Information from the Congressional hearings on Friday May 17, 2013 on the Internal Revenue Service targeting only conservative groups for over three years is hard to believe. Congressman Kevin Brady from Texas echoed that sentiment when he asked the retiring IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, " is this still America?"
Hard to believe that free speech, and the right to disagree with your government has been under attack for over THREE YEARS.
As has been written here since 2007, what has happened to America? The agenda seems to have been to make a bigger government that is no longer a representative democracy but promotes a government that has overrun the Constitutional rights of its citizens. In short, the turning of a democracy towards full control of its citizens through fear and intimidation. These are the trademarks of communist countries, the silencing of groups and people that disagree with government views.
Hard to believe that the U.S., once a free country, is now a place where citizens are like subjects under a dictator, who if they disagree with the views of this administration, are subjected to losing their money and possessions. Anyone who disagrees is a target.
Citizens are now afraid to speak about anything that is counter to the views of Mr. Obama and his agenda.
It is now more than obvious. HARD TO BELIEVE.
With a seriously diminished trust in their government, because of all the scandals, especially the IRS one, what actions do American citizens, who believe in the Constitution and freedom, make now?

Benghazi, Associated Press, and NOW THE IRS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST CONSERVATIVE GROUPS-3 Strikes and you are OUT!
America's favorite pastime has a famous saying based on America's history- "three strikes and you are OUT!
Well now, the Obama administration is trying to explain its way out of three horrible scandals. Losing U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three Navy Seals is tragic enough. Then, a cover-up by the Obama administration with the help of the then Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, is an abomination.
Add to that the scandal released this week of the Department of Justice tapping 20 phone lines affecting over 100 Associated Press journalists violating First Amendment rights as well as violating the sacred independent role of the free press reporting on a free government. These two actions and scandals under the Obama administration undermine freedom and democracy guaranteed by the Founding Fathers in that precious document called the U.S. Constitution.
Now, under the Obama administration the Internal Revenue Service (the IRS) has been found guilty of discriminating against groups based on their political affiliations and speech. Of course, this is a violation of U.S. federal laws, unethical, and reprehensible to U.S. freedom. It seems that under the Obama administration, these violations are the norm not the exception.
Mr. Obama has proven that his love of country and the Founding principles in the U.S. Constitution are lacking. In a speech last week at a graduation ceremony at Ohio State University, Mr. Obama told the graduates and people there not to believe that the government cannot be trusted. Mr. Obama has proven that U.S. freedom can only be maintained by not trusting Mr. Obama of anything. He has proven that now after his actions since he took office.
These three scandals undermine U.S. confidence in democracy and free government.Under Mr. Obama's tenure, the country has gone downhill with respect to citizens rights, free speech, and now the partiality of the most powerful government agency against conservative citizens-the IRS.
One can see that democracy and and the most respected superpower in the world will not survive long in this world under Mr. Obama.
Mr. Obama is a good entertainer, a community organizer, and possibly an average attorney, but he is NOT A COMPETENT
UNITED STATES PRESIDENT.

Free Democracy or Government Controlled State
Today is a historic day in U.S. history.
Today, the world found out that the Obama administration has developed an agenda to end TRUTH!
Mr. Obama blamed Benghazi on a protest video seven weeks before the Presidential election. To perpetrate his administration and guarantee himself a second term, Mr. Obama lied to adults, children, and the entire world watching.
Today the world also found out that the Justice Department secretly seized the phone records of over twenty Associated Press reporters that are agents of the free press in the United States. This violates the freedom guaranteed by the Constitution and the role of the free press in a democracy. In essence the Obama administration allowed the covert action of interfering with the free press and the manner in which the free press obtains stories that deal with democracy.
By secretly gaining their records and listening to their phone conversations, the Obama administration, with the help of the Attorney General, the head of the Justice Department, helped themselves access to stories that could expose the truth about , for example, Benghazi, and even things no one yet knows about the administration. By tapping into the phone lines and records of those twenty or more Associated Press journalists, the Obama administration would be in an excellent position to kill any stories which would hinder the agenda of the Obama administration.
There's a slight problem- this is against the law as it denies the free press from doing its job-expose and write about THE TRUTH! These actions are done in Communist countries. It violates the principles of a free press in a democracy.
This again occurs under the Obama administration.
Then, the world finds out the the IRS has been targeting conservative groups to audits, investigations into their organizations that violates U.S. laws and the principles of the Constitution.
Mathematically, these three incidents together are more than coincidences and tragedies. They are products of an administration that has diluted U.S. freedom - an agenda Mr. Obama has pursued as President.
All these actions are illegal and against the law.
Today, Mr. Obama said, " if the IRS did.. " target conservative groups....he added, the " Benghazi investigation is a sideshow " , and " there is no there there ".
Mr. Obama is either unfit for duty as a U.S. President because he forgot what he said in September of 2012, or worse he is not telling the truth to continue his anti-American agenda during his second term as President.
Either one is catastrophic to U.S. freedom.
Which one is it, Mr. Obama?
So, Mr. Obama has now shown he and his administration truly want to destroy U.S. freedom, and distort history and the truth.

REMEMBER THE ALAMO ? A LONG TIME AGO, FORGOTTEN BY PRESIDENT OBAMA
Remember the Alamo?
The Alamo Mission, a remote U.S. post and home to missionaries and their Indian converts for over seventy years at that time was attacked by Mexican dictator and General of the Mexican Army, Lopez Santa Anna with between 2000 to over 5000 Mexican soldiers.
As General Santa Anna attacked the mission, Lt. Colonel William Travis, commander of the Alamo, sent out requests for help to defend the mission to surrounding Texan communities as the siege took more than 13 days. At that time 32 volunteers from Gonzales, Texas snuck into the mission around the eighth day of the siege to help defend the more than 125 men, women, and children at the mission.
The point is that even back in 1836, there were patriots who tried to defend fellow Americans and innocent men, women, and children under attack at the mission even though they were all killed there by Mexican troops. At least, they tried and that was over 177 years ago!
Mr. Obama seems to have forgotten American history.
When informed about Benghazi at 5 pm on Sept..11, 2012 at the White House, he told Sec. of Defense , Panetta, to take care of it. Then, Mr. Obama went to sleep that night never checking on the battle at Benghazi which lasted over 7 hours until the following morning. Mr. Obama then got on Air Force One to fly to Nevada for a fund raising event for himself.
He made no attempt to help save Ambassador Chris Stevens and the Navy Seals fighting for their lives under terrorist attack.
What did our President do?
He went to sleep, and has been lying about Benghazi since September 12, 2012.
Mr. Obama placed his re-election campaign ahead of principle, courage, values, and let Americans die, and now a cover-up has been found out.
No one died at Watergate. Four Americans died at Benghazi.
Remember the Alamo? At least there, Americans went to try to help.
The Alamo is an enduring symbol of heroic resistance to oppression, the struggle for freedom, and the vindication of overcoming oppression and attaining justice for all those lives lost at the Alamo. The Alamo is a lasting tribute to the American values of liberty and independence, patriotism, courage,and justice.
Remember Benghazi? We learned the President not only did not care, he lied and blamed the attack on a video knowing he was lying to the world and the American people. Worse, he ordered people under his command to lie and cover it up.
Mr. Obama always thought he would get away with these actions and that the American people would never wise up and find out the truth.
What happens to the American principles of truth, freedom, and justice for all now?

A long long time ago there was a principle called JUSTICE and nothing BUT THE TRUTH!
With new information now being released by different sources, what does it mean for U.S. and the principles upon which the country was founded with respect to truth, liberty, and justice, about the three diplomats in Benghazi that have been silenced by the Obama administration?
These new revelations bring back memories of President Nixon's Watergate and that ensuing cover-up. In the end, the country went through a learning process of how Presidential power can corrupt.
Could it be that President Obama ordered the claim that the terrorist attack was a demonstration in order to win a Presidential election?
Where was President Obama during those seven hours the embassy was under attack as well as then Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton?
Why was Susan Rice sent on more than four Sunday talk shows claiming the terrorist attack on Benghazi was a demonstration?
In round one, all the answers to the above questions appear to have been manufactured and more than disingenuous.
In round two, on Wednesday May 8, 2013, the administration has a chance to come clean with the truth before the tragedy in Benghazi becomes another tragedy for the country as was the Watergate scandal.
In this particular case, the repercussions are much deeper, and much more tragic as in this case, four Americans, ( A U.S. Ambassador, and three patriotic ex-Navy Seals)were killed.
However, it appears the arrogance of this administration has reached the point where American lives, the truth, nor justice has any significance at all. Just ask the victims and first responders of the Ft. Hood massacre that have been denied that incident was a terrorist attack, and were promised help from President Obama himself.

A Long Time Ago
Why did Presidential spokesman, Jay Carney, say to the press on May 1, 2013 that "Benghazi happened a long time ago" in response to questions about career CIA operatives and others ( whistleblowers ) being silenced by the administration?
Since when is the search for the truth about murders a matter of something happening a long time ago? Murder is a capitol offense that has no time limits.
The FBI, and other law enforcement agencies have always had exemplary records on gaining justice and the truth when innocent people have been murdered. So, why is it so unusual for Jay Carney to comment on the murders of 4 American citizens just 8 months ago, and claim that it happened a long time ago( centuries ago?)
Could it be that the administration would like citizens to forget the facts about a terrorist attack in Libya because the President, and Hillary Clinton do not want the truth to be known? Why not?
Could it be that the free press is giving this President special passes on the truth?
For example, when President Obama said, " Come on Candi, read me back that transcript!" referring to his words in the Rose Garden claiming that Benghazi was a terrorist attack on Sept 11, 2012 when he had said it was due to a video.
The miracle was that Candi Crowley had the transcript in her hands at the Presidential debate with Mr. Romney instantaneously!What a miracle or was it?
Is that what Mr. Obama does?Is that what the free press allows him to do?
What happened to courage, truth, liberty, and justice?
Don't you think Ambassador Stevens family as well as those courageous Navy Seals's families deserve to know the truth about their loved ones?
What kind of leader does that?
Maybe Candi Crowley who played along with the President that night during his debate with Mitt Romney knows?
Maybe the free press knows also, but no one had the courage to mention it.
What kind of leader promotes that?
The injustices just keep adding up. And it has been happening now for a long long time. Soon, all the injustices under this administration can be said to have happened a long time ago!

What really happened and is happening in the U.S. with respect to truth and justice
As the 100th day of the President's second term quickly approaches, what is really happening in the U.S. today?
It seems now that with more than 4 years in office, and now a second Presidential term, Mr. Obama has some interesting problems considering his experience as mainly that of a community organizer. With new information about the effects of Obamacare on the economy, it now seems that some members of Congress would like to be exempt from this program. Why?
It seems that some of the big supporters of this program, Mr. Max Baucus, as well as human Health Services Secretary (HHS) Kathleen Sebelius, are now worried that Obamacare is a train wreck waiting to happen as health insurance premiums will skyrocket under the new law.
It would be interesting to know how this bill was passed in darkness, and with pages and pages of new laws and taxes that were not read by Congressmen before it was passed. Now it has been determined that Obamacare is hurting citizens and will hurt many more as well as businesses by increasing taxes on those that can least afford it. What type of U.S.leader denies U.S. citizens the possibility that the program is not economically sound for the country, and hurts the economy of one of the greatest nations in world history? What kind of U.S.leader does that?
Why is it also so difficult for Mr. Obama to use the words, " Muslim jihadists" when describing
the perpetrators of terror on U.S. soil? Does this represent the ideals of U.S. democracy, and justice for all that our armed forces have defended for so many years?
By the way, when is the President going to let U.S. citizens know what truly happened to Ambassador Chris Stephens, and the Navy Seals who died in Bhengazi, Libya?
And, how can a President comment on an NBA basketball player's life and yet, say he does not know anything about attempts to silence whistleblowers in the CIA and the Department of Defense about their knowledge and initiative to testify about what occurred to Ambassador Chris Stevens and the U.S. Navy Seals who died on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya?

Obama's First 8.5 months
It seems that Obama's popularity among American voters has dwindled after watching the economic stimulus package fail to help most laborers and middle class Americans. The surprise is that so many Democratic and Independent voters have now grown cold of Obama's management of our country's economy as well as health care options. One expert challenged Obama to put his own family on "his" health care proposal for Americans and see if it would work for he and his family? Highly doubtful. People who voted for change have now grown fearful that Obama's change is toward socialism like France rather than democratic as per the U.S. Constitution. On the day after the 9/11 tragedy, the 9/12 project had 60+ thousand people show themselves in Washington D.C. protesting Obama care as well as wanting to throw out Democrats from the House and Senate in 2010. Obviously change is in the air. Which way that air blows will be interesting to track. Those who voted for Obama can now thank themselves for placing a powerful and democratic U.S. into a possible weak, financially broke super-power heading towards collapse and economic tragedy. The real question; is there time to turn things around before Obama, Acorn, and Obama's Czars ruin our childrens future and destroy the United States that was once home of the brave, and the land of the free.

It is interesting that the U.S. superpower cannot take care of the medical needs of its population yet other countries such as Norway, Sweden have excellent care for all their citizens. However, the most disturbing fact is that doctors take a Hippocratic oath to take care of the sick, and do no harm. Yet, when they become employed by insurance companies, U.S. doctors refuse service to as many people as possible to save insurance companies money.
So, when U.S. candidates for Presidential office speak of "family values" knowing this as well as speak about "human values" who are they kidding? Refusing medical treatment to the poor for lack of health insurance as well as managing people's health based on money do not represent "family values" nor "human values". Let's face it, U.S. values are based on $$$ money.
That's why the rich don't serve in the Armed Forces and are not representative on the War on Iraq. And, that's why Republicans and Democrats talk a lot about "family values" and "medical care" but the only thing they agree on in Washington is to give themselves a $$$ pay raise with more money while the poor get poorer. Real family values as well as human values. Webster defines that as "greed".

Sen Orrin Hatch said on one of the early Sunday morning programs that Libby Scooter should have been pardoned. I have always liked and respected Sen. Hatch, but today he forgot history. Yes, history. You see, Sen. Hatch defended his position by mentioning Pres. Clinton's pardon of Marc Reich and many others on the last day of Pres. Clinton's tenure as President.
Sen. Hatch therefore believes that he can justify his position today by faulting the Democrats back when Mr. Clinton was President. The error in his logic and reasoning is that Pres. Bush's decision to commute Libby Scooter's jail sentence is independent of Mr. Clinton's decisons as President back when Mr. Clinton was President. In other words, just because Mr. Clinton erred in his pardons doesn't justify Pres. Bush's actions today. In fact, Sen. Hatch sounds like an immature child who says " well Billy did it back then so George can do it now". The fallacy is that we learned that Pres. Clinton was wrong and historically he made a mistake. So, instead of learning from the mistake, Sen. Hatch wants to play partisan politics and claims Pres. Bush not only should have commuted Libby Scooter's jail sentence but also should have pardoned him. This is absolute arrogance and at taxpayer and citizen expense.
Sen. Hatch's logic is like saying well a new Democratic President can declare a war against Country X even though it would be a mistake to do so because Mr. Bush declared war on Traq even though he, Pres. Bush, was mistaken on the war on Iraq. In short, Sen. Hatch proposes that one should not learn from history but keep repeating past mistakes especially keeping tally of partisan politics for the sake of just using it for political advantage. Not only is this wrong, but it tramples on logic, reasoning, and accountability. It gives Pres. Bush a free pass to by -pass the judicial branch of government and being the"Decider" like John Wayne in a cowboy movie.
What Sen. Jatch and Pres. Bush forgot is that the cowboy is "extinct" and we are living in the information age with global communications, technology, and jobs. Sen. Hatch and Pres. Bush don't realize that htey are extinct just as dinosauers not only in the U.S. but to the entire world as well.
We need good luck, because we, the U.S., are being led by a group of extinct, incompetent, cavemen who in the New World of globalization and technolgy don't know north from south. Sen. Hatch and Pres. Bush will one day wake up like Rip van Winkle and say,
"My Gosh, what happened to our country? Where are we?"

Bush's decision to commute Libby Scooter's jail sentence is independent of Mr. Clinton's decisons as President back when Mr. Clinton was President. In other words, just because Mr. Clinton erred in his pardons doesn't justify Pres. Bush's actions today. In fact, Sen. Hatch sounds like an immature child who says " well Billy did it back then so George can do it now". The fallacy is that we learned that Pres. Clinton was wrong and historically he made a mistake. So, instead of learning from the mistake, Sen. Hatch wants to play partisan politics and claims Pres. Bush not only should have commuted Libby Scooter's jail sentence but also should have pardoned him. This is absolute arrogance and at taxpayer and citizen expense.
Sen. Hatch's logic is like saying well a new Democratic President can declare a war against Country X even though it would be a mistake to do so because Mr. Bush declared war on Traq even though he, Pres. Bush, was mistaken on the war on Iraq. In short, Sen. Hatch proposes that one should not learn from history but keep repeating past mistakes especially keeping tally of partisan politics for the sake of just using it for political advantage. Not only is this wrong, but it tramples on logic, reasoning, and accountability. It gives Pres. Bush a free pass to by -pass the judicial branch of government and being the"Decider" like John Wayne in a cowboy movie.
What Sen. Jatch and Pres. Bush forgot is that the cowboy is "extinct" and we are living in the information age with global communications, technology, and jobs. Sen. Hatch and Pres. Bush don't realize that htey are extinct just as dinosauers not only in the U.S. but to the entire world as well.
We need good luck, because we, the U.S., are being led by a group of extinct, incompetent, cavemen who in the New World of globalization and technolgy don't know north from south. Sen. Hatch and Pres. Bush will one day wake up like Rip van Winkle and say,
"My Gosh, what happened to our country? Where are we?"

If one considers the war on Iraq, one might have to think about the great sacrifice many, many, many American young men and women have sacrificed their lives( as well as the quality of life in case they come back disabled) as well as their families. There is no way one can ever thank those young men and women for the great sacrifice they are offering their country!
And, equally troubling is the fact that the majority of U.S. troops in this war are young immigrants hoping for citizenship as well young U.S citizens from the middle and lower socio-economic groups. The troubling fact is that the war on Iraq is being waged by a disproportionate U.S. population. There is a large significant percentage gap from the wealthiest demographic class of Americans. This would mean that the freedom that the wealthiest class is enjoying in the U.S. is being fought by young people not representative of the wealthiest class. Consequently, there's an inequity in the make-up of U.S. forces that is fighting for U.S. freedom and the protection of U.S. assets. And,the majority of casulaties and injuries sustained so far in this war is not from the wealthiest of America's economic classes. This would indicate that there's definitely a great division of responsibility for protecting U.S. freedom and U.S. assets that does not include the wealthiest class of Americans. There is a gap, then enjoyed by a select class of people based on economics. This means that there comes a great economic benefit for being rich:
(1) life itself, or
(2) not possibly becoming disabled due to not going to war.
In any case, it turns out that being in the wealthiest class entitles today's citizens in this class to enjoy all the U.S. Constitution has to offer, most importantly, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness without the liabilities that go into protecting the very rights the Constitution guarantees to all its citizens with the wealthiest class not paying any "human" price for those rights.
One could say they are enjoying the wealthiest of lives with virtually no liabilities.
Our forefathers would definitely see the inequity here as "all men are created equal" would mean there's an equal responsibility for all U.S. citizens to pay for freedom in the U.S.

Elian Gonzalez and Beyond: History Forgotten
U.S society lives in a country with a system of laws based on the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the courts. This is one of the traits of democracy that makes the U.S. special. According to search warrant filed with the U.S. District Court , Southern District of Florida, Case number, CA03-23268, under Judge Banstra as per Newsmax on April 24, 2000, the Gonzales’s’ family claimed that at no time did federal agents knock on their front door, nor did they announce their presence. More importantly as per NewsMax the INS had asked the 11th Circuit Court for permission to get Elian from his uncle's house and were denied by the 11th Circuit Court. Instead then Attorney General, Janet Reno, asked for a search warrant from
The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees U.S. citizens like the Gonzalez family the right to privacy in their own home. In order to raid a home with no known criminals as per the Judicial Watch Group's legal counsel, headquartered in Washington, D.C., they reported that warrants have to be executed properly in order to be valid. Larry Layman, General Counsel for The Judicial Watch Group, claimed the warrant was invalid for a variety of reasons:
1. The non- profit organization formed to protect citizens rights claimed that the government’s procurement of a search warrant was inappropriate because search warrants are for inanimate objects.Elian Gonzalez was a six year old boy.
2. After the raid when INS Commissioner Doris Meissner was asked on CBS’s Face the Nation “What were you searching for?” She answered: “The boy”.
3. They also had an arrest warrant for Elian but, one gets an arrest warrant to seize a person, but Elian was not a criminal but a six year old child. An arrest warrant would have been inappropriate according to an article written by Jack Thompson called the “Search Warrant “Trick”” for the news organization NewsMax.
4. When Eric Holder, number two under Attorney General Janet Reno at the Justice Department, was asked by Judge Andrew Napolitano why the government did not acquire a court order authorizing the raid from the 11th Circuit Court, Holder said,” We didn’t need an order.” The Judge correctly informed Holder that they did need a court authorization because they had asked one from the11th Circuit Court and were not given one according to Thompson’s article in NewsMax.
5. Bob Schieffer of CBS News, on the Sunday program called Face the Nation, recognized that the raid was not a search but was the first time in American history where a change of custody from one family member to another had occurred without a court order and at the point of a submachine gun. (NewsMax article by Jack Thompson on April 24, 2000.)
6. Jack Thompson for the organization, NewsMax, further reported on April 24, 2000 that the warrant, in order to be issued, required that the Justice Department claim that Elian could not be found and was a hidden person.But, everyone on Earth knew where Elian was as the entire media was parked right in front of Elian’s house taking photos and videos for the entire world to see the child.
7. The 11th Circuit Court refused to give a court order authorizing a raid on the house according the Judicial Watch Group. This is why the inappropriate and illegal search warrant was obtained by a lowly magistrate at the state level not federal level where the words” concealed person” are required on any search warrant. Elian was not concealed; his whereabouts were absolutely known. This is why the search warrant was illegally obtained and void according to Thompson’s article.
8. Thompson’s article for NewsMax further determined that there was no legitimate judicial approval for taking the boy from the house since there was no approval given by the11th Circuit Court. And, Elian being taken from the house by INS agents was illegal according to the Thompson article in NewsMax when it became publicly known about the “Search Warrant Trick.”
Time magazine has photo essay photos showing some interesting photos during the raid. In fact, a federal judge ruled Elian Gonzalez’s Miami relatives can pursue their lawsuit against the U.S. government solely on grounds that gun-wielding agents may have used “excessive force'” during the April 22, 2000, raid to seize the Cuban boy according to a on an online web service that promotes independent, grass roots conservativism and is against government fraud and corruption called the Free Republic.
Part of the report from the Free Republic group at their website states: “U.S. District Judge Shelby Highsmith, citing a Chicago Police case, said ``the Gonzalez’s have alleged sufficient facts to support such a claim' that the government may have violated their constitutional rights.” And, the Judicial Watch Group interviewed innocent by-standers and people who claimed they were beaten and tear gassed by armed INS agents during the raid by Janet Reno’s armed agents”.
Again, if there were equal protections under the law, the raid of the Gonzalez home as well as excessive force with machine guns would not have been used.
Also, Elian Gonzalez had made it to the U.S. and was therefore guaranteed the right to life under the Constitution. Would a child in the U.S. be turned over to a pedophile, or would a child be returned to Hitler in Nazi Germany? Then, how in the world could the U.S. government be fooled into returning a child back to a communist country with no human rights and with very well known human rights abuses?
Elian Gonzalez’s rights were trampled as well as were the the wishes of his mother who drowned getting Elian to freedom. How could things have gotten better for all U.S. citizens if the country could sit by and watch this happen to a poor six year old boy in 2000.

Justice Is Blind
Under the U.S. Constitution, and the day after Independence Day, one can only wonder the state of justice in the U.S. today? For if, Libby Scooter can actually have his jail time commuted, then there are people who commit felonies who are convicted by a jury and then avoid jail by:
(A) knowing powerful people in government
(B) have a lot of money
(C) involved in croynism
(D) all of the above
Well, if one were to do a statistical analysis of felons, one would find that 99.9% have never had their sentence commuted or pardoned. Consequently, does the U.S really have equal due process and justice for all under the law?
