Why? Progress with Conjectures

All journalists are taught that there is a beginning and an end story when writing some stories.
A good journalist tries to find the Obama truth between the end and the beginning of the story. Well, they are also taught to be patient and to be objective in assessing information. Well, after all these years of observing the actions of the President and the administration, it is a good time to make a conjecture.

Mr. Obama ran on the theme of change. In order to move forward, achieve progress in society and the world, conjectures must be made. And, even when controversial, honest debate and discourse provide the road to progress. Mr. Obama and his administration at the least do not encourage questions, at worst, they lie. Lying has no integrity or character. In fact, they are character flaws.

Bill O'Reilly has provided honest discourse about what is happening in America for the last fourteen years. Mr. Obama not only exaggerates, he has been caught lying, and the free press has given him multiple passes. The question again is why? Why?

So, is the Obama administration trying to be honest in now serving Gov. Chis Christie with an honest appraisal about what happened in New Jersey and focusing on a federal investigation, or simply trying to eliminate a future Presidential candidate? However, if Mr. Obama is so concerned as is the free press in justice, what happened to Hillary Clinton for being negligent in providing security for the Libyan embassy where Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed along with three Navy Seals? Why is the free press avoiding this question?

Why is the free press avoiding asking the Obama administration about the false numbers Mr. Obama is tweeting from the White House concerning the number of people who have signed up for the Affordable Care Act?

Why is the free press not asking the President about his Attorney General, Eric Holder, committing perjury to Congress?

Is this still America?

Why isn't the free press asking the administration why they blamed the attack on Benghazi on a video, when the report released by a bipartisan Congressional Committees reports it was definitely a terrorist attack? Why did Susan Rice lie openly to the American public on the six Sunday television programs? Why is the free press not reporting that no one was held accountable in Fast and Furious,where ATF agent,Brian Terry, was killed? Why is the free press not asking why the FBI is not prosecuting or opening a criminal investigation for the actions of the IRS in targeting members of Tea Party groups due to their political affiliation?

Why did Mr. Obama tell Candi Crowley during the final 2012 Presidential debate, " read back that transcript, Candi?"

Conjectures are necessary for progress.

It seems there was a significant number of Americans that wanted the change Mr. Obama promised until all Americans figured out that it would bankrupt them and the country.
Mr. Obama's former supporters now suffer silently. They now realize that Mr. Obama believes the U.S. is a mediocre country. He destroyed the military ( who wants to serve now) after all these revelations in Bob Gates, former Secretary of Defense with the Obama administration. And, they have learned that Mr. Obama lies to the masses to gain the mandate to destroy the United States of America. He is the wolf in sheep's clothing. And, he has a brigade of supporters who are helping him destroy this once great country.

Mr. Obama wants to make the U.S. a socialist country. He wants a single payer system for health care and provided the Affordable Care Act knowing it would fail. Thousands of Americans lost their health insurance policies as well as their doctors. And, those people who did get insurance had astronomical premium increases which they cannot afford. Mr. Obama pretends to care for this country while destroying it. And, most of the Americans who voted for him are now appalled, and embarrassed.

But the best is yet to come from Mr. Obama's perspective: the destruction of the democratic principles that made America great, and look out whoever gets in his way.
By continual and increased spending and the deficit growing to a historical record of close to 17 trillion dollars, Mr. Obama has made sure this democratic and free country will collapse from within.

Whoever disagrees with this conjecture, "prove it" as Mr. Obama would say.

"Come on, Candi, read back that transcript!"

Sometimes one has to listen closely to what people say verbally and non-verbally. Many times the messages are contradictory as the verbal communication does not match the non-verbal communication. Consequently, wise people look at both especially when the message is important.Now we find out that the New York Times was talking to the attackers on the ground in Benghazi as reported in the New York Times by David Kirkpatrick. Now I would like to believe the New York Times. Why would anyone especially a reporter twist a story? Why would the New York Times with all their prestige and reputation on the line print an article from one of their reporters without first making sure all the facts as reported in their article is accurate but more importantly, true? Every journalism student as well as journalism professional with integrity knows this fact. Consequently, one has to wonder why would the New York Times publish this story about a U.S. ambassador that was killed in Libya without taking proper care that the story in fact could withstand scrutiny?

Well, as mentioned earlier and years ago on this blog, it seems that the press has changed during the Obama administration. It seems that stories are just put out there in print that in fact cannot withstand scrutiny. For example, Director of National Intelligence,James Clapper, answered a Senate selected Congressional Committee question posed on March 12, 2012 by Senator Ron Wyden about the NSA collecting data and eavesdropping on millions of Americans and answered,

"Those who would want to weave the story that we have millions or hundreds of millions of dossiers on people, is absolutely false…From my perspective, this is absolute nonsense."

Senator Wydon continued and further asked the Director of National Intelligence, Mr. Clapper,

"Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?" He,[Mr. Clapper] responded, "No, sir." Wyden asked "It does not?" and Clapper said "Not wittingly. There are cases where they could inadvertently, perhaps, collect, but not wittingly."

On June 6, 2013 Director Clapper released a statement admitting the NSA collects telephony metadata on millions of Americans telephone calls. Then, On July 1, 2013, Clapper issued an apology, saying that "My response was clearly erroneous – for which I apologize."

To most people that would be considered inaccurate especially after it was reported and confirmed that in fact the NSA was indeed violating American citizens privacy and indeed collecting their emails as well as phone conversations and storing them digitally. My point is not the fact that lying occurs and that the Director of Intelligence lied to a U.S. Senator under oath as part of a select Senate Congressional Committee. The important question as with the New York Times article is why?

Could it be that there is a huge campaign to mislead many Americans as to what is occurring to their country? We have truths twisted by Jay Carney, White House spokesperson for the Obama administration. Why would he mislead the public? If one thinks about it, why is such a huge effort being placed on making Americans think and believe that everything is going well with the United States today? Well, think about it. If one wanted to change the country even while violating the principles of our founding fathers, the writers of our U.S. Constitution, one would need to keep the masses of Americans believing everything in the country is all right. The last thing a change agent wants is resistance to the change they deem proper for the country even if that change violates the principles established in the U.S. Constitution. And, think for a moment, that most Americans are too busy working to support their families so the information they receive about their country is controlled by the free press. So, if the free press, for whatever reasons, decides to support the change agent and just put up stories for Americans to read with the belief that the stories are true, well you can figure out the rest.

Consequently, if nothing nefarious is going on, then all questions are encouraged and are supported to get to the truth. However, the Obama administration ran on the premise of transparency during the President's first term. That was the verbal message if you remember what I mentioned at the beginning of this piece. But, if anyone goes back and studies the articles and sound bites of our President and the people he designated to answer questions, what do you think you find? Did you know that the administration wants to now control the pictures that come out of the White House which is something that was never controlled by the White House? Again, why?

If there is nothing to hide on anyone's part, then why did the President never get to the bottom of the story about FAST and FURIOUS, where U.S. border patrol agent Brian Terry was killed by criminals working for two FBI operatives? In fact, it was found that that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was actively involved in the cover-up of this story reported back in the press on 10/3/2012. Why did the free press never re-visit what happened there? Why did President Obama invoke executive privilege for the first time in his presidency to not release records or documents related to the Fast and Furious Operation and the cover-up by the Attorney General, Eric Holder? After Mr. Obama exercised executive privilege over the release of Department of Justice documents related to Fast and Furious and Eric Holder, Congress held Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States, in contempt of Congress on June 28, 2012.(For those unfamiliar with executive privilege: it is the power of the President of the United States to resist subpoenas of the legislative and judicial branches of government).

So, the President said he wanted this to be a transparent administration verbally when he first was campaigning for the U.S. Presidency but his actions especially exerting executive privilege send a very contradictory message. The question we must all ask as patriotic American citizens is,
why are questions regarding the truth from this administration not forth coming from the President or his administration?

By the way, on November 14, 2013 articles of impeachment were filed against the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, by Congress for his role in Operation Fast and Furious and other scandals involving President Obama's administration: Specifically,for those readers who want the reference, it is House Resolution 411 which in Article I specifies:

Eric H. Holder, Jr., while Attorney General of the
6 United States, engaged in a pattern of conduct incompat-
7 ible with the trust and confidence placed in him in that
8 position by refusing to comply with a subpoena issued by
9 the House Committee on Oversight and Government Re-
10 form on October 12, 2011, in connection with a legitimate
11 Congressional investigation into Operation Fast and Furi-
12 ous by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms that
13 put thousands of illegally purchased weapons into the
14 hands of cartel leaders, ultimately resulting in the death
15 of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on December
16 14, 2010.
17 Wherefore, Eric H. Holder, Jr., Attorney General of
18 the United States, is guilty of high crimes and mis-
19 demeanors and should be removed from office and dis-
20 qualified to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or
21 profit under the United States.

Why did the free press let the story go on the IRS targeting Tea Party groups after the White House denied any involvement in that travesty? Why was Lois Lerner who knew about the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups allowed to retire with no consequences? Why? In fact, why did the Attorney General, Eric Holder, not prosecute the IRS non-authorized tax records' disclosures?
The Article III of impeachment for the Attorney General filed by Congress on November 14, 2013 further states:

10 United States, has failed his oath of office by refusing to
11 prosecute individuals involved in the Internal Revenue
12 Service scandal of unauthorized disclosure of tax records
13 belonging to political donors.

15 the United States, is guilty of high crimes and mis-
16 demeanors and should be removed from office and dis-
17 qualified to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or
18 profit under the United States.

< Why, in fact, does it seem that a less than candid Attorney General, holds the highest law enforcement position in the country,if the Article IV of the impeachment article filed by Congress on Nov. 14, 2013 is true, and it states:

And, with respect to the wire-tapping of Associated Press writers by the Department of Justice and their treatment of U.S. reporter James Rosen, Article V of the impeachment article filed by Congress with repect to the Attorney General, Eric Holder, states:

20 Eric H. Holder, Jr., while Attorney General of the
21 United States, testified under oath before Congress on
22 May 15, 2013, that he was neither involved in nor had
23 heard of a potential prosecution of the press. However
24 three days later, the Department of Justice released docu-
25 ments naming journalist James Rosen as a co-conspirator
26 in an alleged violation of the Espionage Act. Eric H. Holder, Jr., Attorney General of the United States, confirmed
2 to the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Rep-
3 resentatives in a letter dated June 19, 2013, that he ap-
4 proved of a search warrant on James Rosen.
5 Wherefore, Eric H. Holder, Jr., Attorney General of
6 the United States, is guilty of high crimes and mis-
7 demeanors and should be removed from office and dis-

Again, the most pressing question is why? Why is this Attorney General good for the United States of America if these articles filed by Congress are true? Aren't lawyers held to a higher standard of following the law? Is this Attorney General supposed to be a role model for our children and Americans who follow and obey the law daily?

Why is Mr. Holder the Attorney General of the United States if all of this is true? And, Mr. Obama says the country is doing well? It is? Why is it doing so well with this Attorney General again? Does not make sense, or does it?

Why are we supposed to believe anything from the administration if all of the above is true?
And, if all of the above is true, are we supposed to believe that everything is going well in the United States of America, land of the free and home of the brave?


Do the actions of the administration support the verbal communication the administration puts out there?

And, how many hard-working American citizens have the time and energy to keep asking questions and keep trying to find out the truth when the administration hopes that most Americans will tire of this exercise and everything will go away. This seems to be the hope of many. Yet, isn't that unpatriotic, dishonest, and morally wrong?
Fooling the American Public, or maybe not?

Again, why are we the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave?

My Predictions in 2014: Get Ready!

More than four years ago, I wrote that the U.S. was headed downhill economically for middle class Americans. At that time many Americans had grown cold of Obama's mismanagement of the American government. In those four years, conditions did not improve under Obama's administration. In fact, his second term has been besieged by many scandals which to this day Mr. Obama has not handled and the U. S. free press has given him a pass. The losers: American citizens who placed their trust in a President who has never taken responsibility for his mismanagement of the country. In fact, no one is held accountable for anything under this President.

On the Affordable Care Act, Mr. Obama fails to realize the extent of numbers. At this moment the Human Health Services (HHS) and Associated Press have reported that 4.7 million Americans have had their health insurance plans cancelled while 2 million Americans have signed up for health insurance. Mr. Obama quipped to Jay Leno on his late night T.V. show back on October 25, 2012: "The math stuff was fine until about seventh grade.... and now I am pretty lost." Well, it is starting to show.

Simple math means that the net difference is a loss of about 2.7 million Americans losing their health care coverage at this moment. That is about 3 million Americans losing their health care coverage due to the Affordable Care Act right now. And, young people who need to sign up to make the Affordable Care Act function properly financially are not signing up. This is a colossal loss and not negligible. However, people without an understanding of mathematics would not comprehend the dimensions of this vast loss of health care coverage and the disastrous results those losing their health care will experience financially, emotionally, and in ways that cannot be conveyed in words.

For these reasons, many Americans are being played and manipulated due to their lack of knowledge in business, mathematics, the insurance industry, and other areas where those with the least education and financial comprehension are prey to those that do. Consequently, most people are unaware of the consequences of the net difference loss of health care coverage mentioned above. And, so if Mr. Obama says that things are getting better, most Americans would believe that because without an education how would anyone be able to verify the claims that everything is fine and getting better? The result is that most Americans were fooled. And, now, everyone who voted and supported Mr. Obama may be too embarrassed to admit that the Affordable Care Act is anything but affordable. And, the tragic part is that the free press is supposed to ask the tough, detailed critical questions about everything: that is why the U.S. is a free country. But, in the last six years, the free press for whatever reasons gave Mr. Obama a pass on all critical questions. Now, all Americans will endure the results of a free press allowing the President never to answer critical questions, much less have an honest debate about where the country is heading.

As I wrote back back in 2009, Americans have lost more rights, money, jobs, and the integrity and standing the U.S. had among other foreign countries. Today, many of our Allies doubt the support and help the U.S. has always extended to our Allies. We have lost our prestige, and honor among other countries due to Mr. Obama's inexperience in handling foreign policy. Mr. Obama's indecisiveness and wavering have caused serious doubts to our Allies about U.S. steadfastness. For example, Mr. Obama's wavering and retreating back from the "red line he drew" with respect to Syria and the Syrian President using chemical weapons that killed many Syrians including women and children in Syria is an indicator of the lack of respect many foreign countries have towards Mr. Obama and the United States. On this particular issue, the U.S. has lost significant ground and actually retreated from the Middle East, and the world. President Assad from Syria is definitely a testament to the weakness a U.S. President who enabled a a killer of women and children remain in power by a U.S. President's lack of resolve.

Community organizer extraodinaire but a failed Commander-in -Chief. I'll spare the details on the disaster in Libya and Ambassador Chris Stevens which will further come to light later in 2014 with the Congressional Report to be released later in 2014.

Mr. Obama's signature legislation comes to fruition in just several hours. The enormous financial consequences this will cause mainly middle class Americans is getting closer as the countdown to the New Year decreases. One of the outcomes of the chaos and incompetence of this new legislation will cause the Democrats to lose the majority in the Senate after the 2014 elections.

Nothing in life is free, and the price of incompetence will shortly reveal itself. As Abraham Lincoln once said, "you can fool some of the people all the time, but you can't fool all the people, all the time."

What really happened in Benghazi on September 11, 2012?

Turns out the New York Times writes an excellent piece on what happened in Benghazi, Libya on 9-11-2011 just days ago. It not only was the anniversary of the tragic day back on 9-11-2001 when the World Trade Center was attacked by terrorists and thousands of Americans were killed as terrorists hijacked American flights in the U.S. and crashed the hijacked planes into the World Trade Center in New York, but it was also the day Islamic terrorists decided it was time to demonstrate to Americans the terrorists lack of respect for human life and decency for American civilians including women and children.

The most interesting part of the report is that the New York Times reporter that wrote the latest story never spoke to any American witnesses on the ground in Libya that fought against the terrorists in Libya. Instead, this piece in the New York Times was fabulous in reporting on how Libyans in Libya decided to blame a video on the anniversary of the worst U.S. tragedy by terrorists on U.S. soil since the surprise attack against Americans by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii since December 7, 1941 during World War II.

Both Democrats and Republicans were astonished that the New York Times report did not interview any witnesses previously questioned by Congressional Intelligence Committees back after the assassination of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, and four Navy Seals who valiantly fought for over eight hours on September 11, 2011 and were killed by terrorists in Libya on the anniversary of the attack of the World Trade Center back on September 11, 2001, ten years previously. The New York Times would rather believe the testimony of anonymous Libyan citizens than the testimony of career American personnel with top security clearances who witnessed the attack on September 11, 2011, and fought there as well to protect American lives there on that night.

The New York Times writes an excellent piece on what they think happened that night in Libya. The reporter even traveled to Libya to interview Libyans who heard the President of the United States blame a video about the attack in Libya. The Libyans who respect the President and believe his every word seemed to want to back-up the President's story as opposed to the story given under sworn testimony by U.S. witnesses to Congress and Congressional Committees investigating the terrorist attack against the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya and assassination of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the four Navy Seals who tried to save and protect the United States Ambassador back in September of 2011.

It is so commendable that people without sworn testimony and had other interests besides American lives and interests in mind are believed by a professional U.S. reporter who never interviewed one person who witnessed the attack and gave sworn testimony to Congress back after the attack in 2011 and 2012.

It truly makes one wonder- what happened and why?

Journalism students are taught to question all their sources and find out the bias of a story.

What happened here and why? Every beginning journalism student is taught in their first journalism course 101 to question everything especially the bias and veracity of every witness.

Anybody want to buy a bridge in the Sahara desert?

The Biggest Lies of the Year 2013

(1) "If you like your doctor, you can keep your plan, period."

(2) "Benghazi was the result of a video".

(3) "Each family will save $2500 on ObamaCare".

(4) NSA did not spy on Americans, their emails or phone calls.

(5) The IRS did not target Tea Party Groups. "I will get to the bottom of this."

(6)The Department of Justice spied and wire-tapped Associated Press reporters and Mr. James Rosen, a reporter, and his parents.


(7)But, the biggest lie of all is that the free press is actually doing its job of being objective and holding the President accountable for all of these lies. If anyone else lied like this, they would lose their jobs, possibly be prosecuted for perjury, and most definitely, be held accountable for these actions.

For example, 670 million dollars was spent on the ObamaCare website which did not function properly. Hard earned tax money lost and wasted. Who was held accountable, and what happened to the people responsible for this tragic waste of taxpayer money?

Another example, who is being held responsible for all the afore-mentioned violations of the 4th amendment which guarantees each U.S. citizen "the right of persons to be secure in their persons, houses,papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures."?

If justice is blind, and all these lies occurred and are occurring, what happens when the blinders disappear, and the truth appears?

What does one do when the ugly truth appears, and one finds out that many many Americans and their country have been hurt by a lawless President?

" Come on, Candi, read back that transcript." By the way, was Candi Crowley an independent journalist as part of the free press, or part of Mr. Obama's debate team in the last Presidential debate in 2012? Anyone know if that was ethical?

Loyalty and Trust with our Allies in 2014

Business markets for some major corporations such as AT&T, Google, Cisco, and other communication corporations may be experiencing negative backlash from the consequences of the news that the NSA was secretly monitoring many foreign governments that are supposedly U.S. allies besides all American citizens this past year.

The importance of loyalty and trust in all relationships is paramount to fostering a relationship of mutual peaceful co-existence. One of the repercussions of the all of the incidents that have occurred under the present administration is one that does not foster trust among our allies. These repercussions translate into decreased income for U.S. corporations derived because of this lack of trust in U.S. statements and mis-statements by our executive branch.

The consequences of these actions directly affect the financial health of U.S. markets all over the world.

The main questions are how will these actions translate into the U.S. economic recovery for Americans as well as what is the long-term implication of having U.S. allies lose faith and trust in dealing with the U.S.?

Time will definitely tell...

On the Way to the New Year 2014

As time nears the opening of the new year 2014, Americans can reflect on the many changes that have transpired within the last year.

Special consideration should be given to U.S. citizens right to equal protections under the law, the implications to Americans financial outlook with respect to the Affordable Care Act, U.S. citizens rights to privacy as a start.

The question at the end of 2013 would simply be:

Are Americans better off today than they were:

(A) one year ago ?

(B) four years ago ?

(C) six years ago?

The answers to these questions will reveal how well that change Americans were promised by Mr. Obama are truly leading Americans to.

Merry Christmas: The Affordable Care Act

Mr. Obama's swag singing today: Merry Christmas!!!

" Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way, oh what fun it is to ride the entire country down the drain!"


At the close of 2013 many Americans have discovered that the word "law" now is a relative term. Each day, Mr. Obama changes a major law by extending dates for people to join the Affordable Care Act. Mr. Obama does his own selective repeal of the law it seems for the agenda of fooling the mass of Americans who believed him. Not even that can save the disgraceful deceit heaped on many innocent Americans who depended on an honest constitutional attorney who now reveals that he truly had an agenda- the destruction of the health care system to lead to a single payer system as in many failed European countries.

The sad part is that many Americans placed their trust in a less than honest President. Maybe he doesn't know the meaning of period in a sentence or maybe he does. " You can keep your doctor." In either case, there are now many Americans he has hurt with fourth stage cancer and now have cancelled policies due to Mr. Obama's Affordable Care Act. These people believed in Mr. Obama. The catastrophe caused in their lives as well as the coming fall of many Americans financially because of the Affordable Care Act will be staggering. But, there are some lessons here:

(1) the free press did not report the facts and covered up the Obama administration's incompetence, why?
(2) Mr. Obama pandered to Americans who above all, want free things, with no work involved, why?
(3) if it is too good to be true, it is usually a scam- in this case, the entire ACA is a sham
(4) Mr. Obama is either in denial, or is a most dishonest President with some grave issues for Americans and the U.S.



Forget Benghazi, forget Fast and Furious, forget the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups, forget the wire-tapping of Associated Press reporters, forget how Chris Stevens and the Navy Seals were left to die, forget Susan Rice on TV and radio talk shows on that fateful Sunday, forget how Hilary Clinton said with respect to American Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the four Navy Seals killed in Benghazi,"We had four dead Americans.... what difference at this point does it make ?", forget we were told Benghazi was the result of a video, forget all those lies.

What is coming is the TRUTH!

There is no way the Affordable Care Act is going to give insurance to more Americans.
Mr. Obama has pushed Americans down, and with it the greatest country in the world, the United States of America.

Mr. Obama once said when referring to successful businessmen, "You didn't build that!"

But, yes, Mr. Obama, you did this! YOU did IT!

HARD TO BELIEVE

Information from the Congressional hearings on Friday May 17, 2013 on the Internal Revenue Service targeting only conservative groups for over three years is hard to believe. Congressman Kevin Brady from Texas echoed that sentiment when he asked the retiring IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, " is this still America?"

Hard to believe that free speech, and the right to disagree with your government has been under attack for over THREE YEARS.

As has been written here since 2007, what has happened to America? The agenda seems to have been to make a bigger government that is no longer a representative democracy but promotes a government that has overrun the Constitutional rights of its citizens. In short, the turning of a democracy towards full control of its citizens through fear and intimidation. These are the trademarks of communist countries, the silencing of groups and people that disagree with government views.

Hard to believe that the U.S., once a free country, is now a place where citizens are like subjects under a dictator, who if they disagree with the views of this administration, are subjected to losing their money and possessions. Anyone who disagrees is a target.

Citizens are now afraid to speak about anything that is counter to the views of Mr. Obama and his agenda.

It is now more than obvious. HARD TO BELIEVE.

With a seriously diminished trust in their government, because of all the scandals, especially the IRS one, what actions do American citizens, who believe in the Constitution and freedom, make now?

Benghazi, Associated Press, and NOW THE IRS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST CONSERVATIVE GROUPS-3 Strikes and you are OUT!

America's favorite pastime has a famous saying based on America's history- "three strikes and you are OUT!

Well now, the Obama administration is trying to explain its way out of three horrible scandals. Losing U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three Navy Seals is tragic enough. Then, a cover-up by the Obama administration with the help of the then Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, is an abomination.

Add to that the scandal released this week of the Department of Justice tapping 20 phone lines affecting over 100 Associated Press journalists violating First Amendment rights as well as violating the sacred independent role of the free press reporting on a free government. These two actions and scandals under the Obama administration undermine freedom and democracy guaranteed by the Founding Fathers in that precious document called the U.S. Constitution.

Now, under the Obama administration the Internal Revenue Service (the IRS) has been found guilty of discriminating against groups based on their political affiliations and speech. Of course, this is a violation of U.S. federal laws, unethical, and reprehensible to U.S. freedom. It seems that under the Obama administration, these violations are the norm not the exception.

Mr. Obama has proven that his love of country and the Founding principles in the U.S. Constitution are lacking. In a speech last week at a graduation ceremony at Ohio State University, Mr. Obama told the graduates and people there not to believe that the government cannot be trusted. Mr. Obama has proven that U.S. freedom can only be maintained by not trusting Mr. Obama of anything. He has proven that now after his actions since he took office.

These three scandals undermine U.S. confidence in democracy and free government.Under Mr. Obama's tenure, the country has gone downhill with respect to citizens rights, free speech, and now the partiality of the most powerful government agency against conservative citizens-the IRS.

One can see that democracy and and the most respected superpower in the world will not survive long in this world under Mr. Obama.

Mr. Obama is a good entertainer, a community organizer, and possibly an average attorney, but he is NOT A COMPETENT
UNITED STATES PRESIDENT.

Mr. Obama, as they say in baseball, THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT!!!

Free Democracy or Government Controlled State

Today is a historic day in U.S. history.

Today, the world found out that the Obama administration has developed an agenda to end TRUTH!

Mr. Obama blamed Benghazi on a protest video seven weeks before the Presidential election. To perpetrate his administration and guarantee himself a second term, Mr. Obama lied to adults, children, and the entire world watching.

Today the world also found out that the Justice Department secretly seized the phone records of over twenty Associated Press reporters that are agents of the free press in the United States. This violates the freedom guaranteed by the Constitution and the role of the free press in a democracy. In essence the Obama administration allowed the covert action of interfering with the free press and the manner in which the free press obtains stories that deal with democracy.

By secretly gaining their records and listening to their phone conversations, the Obama administration, with the help of the Attorney General, the head of the Justice Department, helped themselves access to stories that could expose the truth about , for example, Benghazi, and even things no one yet knows about the administration. By tapping into the phone lines and records of those twenty or more Associated Press journalists, the Obama administration would be in an excellent position to kill any stories which would hinder the agenda of the Obama administration.

There's a slight problem- this is against the law as it denies the free press from doing its job-expose and write about THE TRUTH! These actions are done in Communist countries. It violates the principles of a free press in a democracy.

This again occurs under the Obama administration.

Then, the world finds out the the IRS has been targeting conservative groups to audits, investigations into their organizations that violates U.S. laws and the principles of the Constitution.

Mathematically, these three incidents together are more than coincidences and tragedies. They are products of an administration that has diluted U.S. freedom - an agenda Mr. Obama has pursued as President.
All these actions are illegal and against the law.

Today, Mr. Obama said,

" if the IRS did.. "

target conservative groups....he added, the " Benghazi investigation

is a sideshow "

, and

" there is no there there "

.

Mr. Obama is either unfit for duty as a U.S. President because he forgot what he said in September of 2012, or worse he is not telling the truth to continue his anti-American agenda during his second term as President.

Either one is catastrophic to U.S. freedom.
Which one is it, Mr. Obama?

So, Mr. Obama has now shown he and his administration truly want to destroy U.S. freedom, and distort history and the truth.

What a shame for America- so that is what happened to America?

REMEMBER THE ALAMO ? A LONG TIME AGO, FORGOTTEN BY PRESIDENT OBAMA

Remember the Alamo?

The Alamo Mission, a remote U.S. post and home to missionaries and their Indian converts for over seventy years at that time was attacked by Mexican dictator and General of the Mexican Army, Lopez Santa Anna with between 2000 to over 5000 Mexican soldiers.

As General Santa Anna attacked the mission, Lt. Colonel William Travis, commander of the Alamo, sent out requests for help to defend the mission to surrounding Texan communities as the siege took more than 13 days. At that time 32 volunteers from Gonzales, Texas snuck into the mission around the eighth day of the siege to help defend the more than 125 men, women, and children at the mission.

The point is that even back in 1836, there were patriots who tried to defend fellow Americans and innocent men, women, and children under attack at the mission even though they were all killed there by Mexican troops. At least, they tried and that was over 177 years ago!

Mr. Obama seems to have forgotten American history.

When informed about Benghazi at 5 pm on Sept..11, 2012 at the White House, he told Sec. of Defense , Panetta, to take care of it. Then, Mr. Obama went to sleep that night never checking on the battle at Benghazi which lasted over 7 hours until the following morning. Mr. Obama then got on Air Force One to fly to Nevada for a fund raising event for himself.

He made no attempt to help save Ambassador Chris Stevens and the Navy Seals fighting for their lives under terrorist attack.


What did our President do?

He went to sleep, and has been lying about Benghazi since September 12, 2012.
Mr. Obama placed his re-election campaign ahead of principle, courage, values, and let Americans die, and now a cover-up has been found out.

No one died at Watergate. Four Americans died at Benghazi.

Remember the Alamo? At least there, Americans went to try to help.

The Alamo is an enduring symbol of heroic resistance to oppression, the struggle for freedom, and the vindication of overcoming oppression and attaining justice for all those lives lost at the Alamo. The Alamo is a lasting tribute to the American values of liberty and independence, patriotism, courage,and justice.

Remember Benghazi? We learned the President not only did not care, he lied and blamed the attack on a video knowing he was lying to the world and the American people. Worse, he ordered people under his command to lie and cover it up.

Mr. Obama always thought he would get away with these actions and that the American people would never wise up and find out the truth.

What happens to the American principles of truth, freedom, and justice for all now?


Remember BENGHAZI, a long time ago??

A long long time ago there was a principle called JUSTICE and nothing BUT THE TRUTH!

With new information now being released by different sources, what does it mean for U.S. and the principles upon which the country was founded with respect to truth, liberty, and justice, about the three diplomats in Benghazi that have been silenced by the Obama administration?

These new revelations bring back memories of President Nixon's Watergate and that ensuing cover-up. In the end, the country went through a learning process of how Presidential power can corrupt.

Could it be that President Obama ordered the claim that the terrorist attack was a demonstration in order to win a Presidential election?

Where was President Obama during those seven hours the embassy was under attack as well as then Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton?

Why was Susan Rice sent on more than four Sunday talk shows claiming the terrorist attack on Benghazi was a demonstration?

In round one, all the answers to the above questions appear to have been manufactured and more than disingenuous.

In round two, on Wednesday May 8, 2013, the administration has a chance to come clean with the truth before the tragedy in Benghazi becomes another tragedy for the country as was the Watergate scandal.


In this particular case, the repercussions are much deeper, and much more tragic as in this case, four Americans, ( A U.S. Ambassador, and three patriotic ex-Navy Seals)were killed.

However, it appears the arrogance of this administration has reached the point where American lives, the truth, nor justice has any significance at all. Just ask the victims and first responders of the Ft. Hood massacre that have been denied that incident was a terrorist attack, and were promised help from President Obama himself.

A Long Time Ago

Why did Presidential spokesman, Jay Carney, say to the press on May 1, 2013 that "Benghazi happened a long time ago" in response to questions about career CIA operatives and others ( whistleblowers ) being silenced by the administration?

Since when is the search for the truth about murders a matter of something happening a long time ago? Murder is a capitol offense that has no time limits.
The FBI, and other law enforcement agencies have always had exemplary records on gaining justice and the truth when innocent people have been murdered. So, why is it so unusual for Jay Carney to comment on the murders of 4 American citizens just 8 months ago, and claim that it happened a long time ago( centuries ago?)

Could it be that the administration would like citizens to forget the facts about a terrorist attack in Libya because the President, and Hillary Clinton do not want the truth to be known? Why not?

Could it be that the free press is giving this President special passes on the truth?
For example, when President Obama said, " Come on Candi, read me back that transcript!" referring to his words in the Rose Garden claiming that Benghazi was a terrorist attack on Sept 11, 2012 when he had said it was due to a video.
The miracle was that Candi Crowley had the transcript in her hands at the Presidential debate with Mr. Romney instantaneously!What a miracle or was it?

Is that what Mr. Obama does?Is that what the free press allows him to do?

What happened to courage, truth, liberty, and justice?

Don't you think Ambassador Stevens family as well as those courageous Navy Seals's families deserve to know the truth about their loved ones?

What kind of leader does that?

Maybe Candi Crowley who played along with the President that night during his debate with Mitt Romney knows?
Maybe the free press knows also, but no one had the courage to mention it.


What kind of leader promotes that?

The injustices just keep adding up. And it has been happening now for a long long time. Soon, all the injustices under this administration can be said to have happened a long time ago!
